Terms of Service

Last updated: May 23, 2026

What this is

By using Premed Copilot (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms occasionally; significant changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older to use Premed Copilot. By signing up, you confirm you are.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • One account per person. Don't share logins.
  • The information you provide must be your own and accurate.

What you get

Depending on your plan, the Service gives you access to AI-powered study planning, school research, essay drafting, and mock interviews. Generated content is for your personal use in your med school application.

The drafts are starting points. You're responsible for the final content you submit. AAMC and individual medical schools have their own rules about AI assistance — we encourage you to follow them. We don't guarantee admission to any school.

What you pay

  • Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You pay once and own lifetime access to that tier's features.
  • Voice mock credits are consumed per session. Top-up packs are also one-time purchases. Credits never expire.
  • All prices are in USD. Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

3-day refund — no questions asked

Within 3 daysof any lifetime purchase (Essentials or Complete), you can request a full refund and we will process it manually within 24 hours. No questions, no forms, no "why are you leaving" survey. Just email us or click the Request refund button on your Billing page.

After 3 days, refunds are at our discretion. We generally honor them if you haven't used the AI features extensively.

Credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. Unused credit packs are refundable within 3 days of purchase under the same policy.

Send refund requests to hello@premedcopilot.com.

What you can't do

  • Resell or redistribute the Service or its generated content as your own product.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our prompts or model outputs at scale.
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates AAMC policies in a way that misrepresents your application as entirely your own writing when it isn't. We can't prevent this, but doing so violates these terms and we may suspend accounts found doing it at scale.
  • Submit identical AI-generated drafts to multiple programs claiming originality.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, harassment, or to harm others.

Content ownership

You own everything you write into Premed Copilot (stories, activities, essays). You also own the AI-generated outputs created from your inputs. We claim no rights to your content.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service (run AI generations, store drafts, sync calendars, etc.). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs can be wrong, weirdly worded, or off-tone. We strongly recommend you read every draft before submitting. Premed Copilot does not guarantee admission, an interview, or any specific application outcome.

Liability limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost opportunities, denied admissions, etc.).

Termination

You can close your account from Settings → Danger zone at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refund of any unused lifetime tier at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Premed Copilot is operated. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
